The Italian customer was looking for a machine capable of realizing particularly long and wide keyways as well as passing keyways, that is open on both sides. The customer already has slotting and broaching machines but was looking for a machine both flexible and precise, with high rigidity and repeatability, for small series of pieces.
Solution
Cabe proposed the newest machine model presented on the market, the SC32-450 keyseating machine. This machine represents the optimal solution for this request, guaranteeing excellent performance thanks also to the use of high quality tools, specialized for each processing. The Fanuc control with HMI customized by Cabe is characterized by the same simplicity and efficiency of the Cabe slotting machine.
Result
Compact and easy to use, the keyseating machine allows the realization of medium-wide keyways on particularly long pieces, guaranteeing excellent quality results. The machine is complete with various sets of equipment, fixings and tools provided for each keyway size.
