DESIGN
Every machine is designed in 3D using CAD. Components which directly affect the broaching process are designed and checked in simulations.

SOFTWARE FANUC
The Fanuc software allows a great flexibility in programming. The control panel allows to set all the needed functions: regulate the broach speed, equipment position control, broaching force with alarm threshold.
CAST IRON
Monolithic structure made of cast iron to ensure precision cutting with vibration absorption during machining, which is fundamental for a precise result.
